All garments are dry clean recommended, unless hand-wash specified.
Embroidered garments need extra care in dry cleaning and ironing.
Crushed silks and textured fabrics cannot be ironed. It is natural
some stones and hand-embroidered beads to come off. Some pure fabrics
are not color fast as natural dyes are used. Delicate garments need
extra care in handling.
Custom Orders (We accept custom orders)
A. Custom order based on a sample from our ready collection:
orders are usually placed when the customer's size is not available
the rack. The garment will be similar but may not be exactly same
the sample. Slight variations are inevitable, as it is difficult
to repeat a work of art. Extra cost on fabric and hand embroidery
incur on larger sizes.
B. Custom order based on specifications provided by the customer:
orders are usually placed when a customer has a certain garment
outfit in mind. A description of the requirements, some visual
references/cues and the client's picture accompany such an order.
However, our own creative input is typically added to the final
product. We provide a sketch before the garment goes into production.
The sketch applies to a single order of $1,500 or more only.
C. Custom order based on designer's recommendation: These
orders are placed when a customer hires us as stylists to create
a complete look for an event or a wardrobe. The designer makes the
style and design for garment(s), costume(s), or for a collection,
or without the customer input. Our recommendation is accompanied
brief on the garment for approval before production.
During the design and development of the product, we may consult
and apprise the customer on any updates or changes.
All custom orders must be accompanied with identification from our
standard size chart.
If your body type does not fall in the standard
chart, the order needs to be accompanied with a perfect fitted garment
that you own as an extra reference.
100% payment towards any purchase from the stock is required. For
custom orders, 75% advance payment is required. SWATI accepts cash,
personal checks and credit card*.
Custom Order Delivery
Most orders take 4-6 weeks after receiving customer's instructions
approval with advance payment. If there are unavoidable delays,
customer will be notified in due time.
Exchange and Return Policy
All sales are final. No exchange or return is possible on any garment
from the stock. However, for custom orders only, you can cancel
change within 48 hours of payment for a full refund.
Alterations are available and are paid for by the customer.
